Cookie Policy

1. Overview

This policy describes cookies and related browser storage on the Prastav public website and distinguishes them from authenticated application use. Prastav is operated by PRASTAV TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Read it with the Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies and local storage

Cookies are small records a browser stores and may send with requests to the relevant website. Local storage also keeps information in your browser, but it is a different mechanism: it is not automatically sent with each web request. Browser controls can remove or restrict both.

3. Current public website storage

Necessary consent record. The website uses local storage named prastav_cookie_consent_v2 to remember your choices, the consent version and when you saved them. Necessary storage is always enabled in the existing preference panel.

Language and currency choices. With preference consent, the website remembers your selected language and currency between visits using separate local-storage records named lang and currency. Without that consent, you can change selections during a visit, but they are not saved. Withdrawing preference consent removes the saved selections.

Analytics and advertising. The current public website does not load an analytics service or use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers. The existing preference panel contains an Analytics option for use if analytics is enabled; that option does not mean analytics is currently installed. No advertising pixels are currently used.

4. Website and authenticated application

Browsing the public website does not itself sign you into a Prastav workspace. The authenticated application uses cookies to maintain sign-in and support security, including request protection. These are separate from the public website's consent record and language/currency controls.

Blocking necessary application cookies can prevent sign-in or other protected functions. Public website preference choices do not disable cookies needed to operate your application account.

5. Third-party requests and external links

Some public pages load static visual assets or scripts from external content-delivery services. Those requests disclose connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to the serving provider.

Contact Us, Careers and Partners transmit submissions to FormSubmit when you submit a form, as explained in the Privacy Policy. News & Updates uses native website content and links to external sites.

A linked social site, a user-connected service or a payment provider visited for an enabled paid purchase may use its own cookies under its own policies. The FREE Plan requires no payment. The website's Manage cookies controls do not control storage on other providers' sites.

6. Managing your choices

Use Manage cookies in the website footer to reopen the existing preference panel. You can reject optional storage, accept optional choices or save individual preferences. Necessary choices remain enabled; optional preferences are off until you choose them.

You may also clear site data or block storage using your browser settings. Clearing stored consent can make the banner appear again. Blocking storage may prevent choices from being remembered, while blocking necessary application cookies can affect account use.

7. How long storage remains

The public website's consent record and saved language/currency preferences have no fixed automatic expiry. They can remain until you clear site data or the site replaces or removes them. Withdrawing preference consent removes saved language/currency values. Invalid or outdated selections fall back to current defaults. A consent-version change can require a new choice.

Application cookie duration depends on the cookie and sign-in settings; it can include session cookies and cookies with an expiry. Your browser's site-data controls show the records currently stored for each site.

8. Changes to this policy

The date above identifies the latest update to this policy and its storage inventory. Any future analytics, advertising or other non-essential technology will require review of the policy and relevant consent controls before it is enabled.
