Business Systems & Automation

Connect the tools your business already relies on.

Prastav, your website and your existing business software do not have to operate as separate islands. The right integration can move a small amount of useful information between them and remove repeated manual work.

The focus is deliberately narrow: practical connections between messaging, email, calendars, files, business applications and customer-facing systems — using supported APIs and integration methods.

Integration Services

Integration should fit the business process — not force the business to change around it.

Start with the systems involved, the information that needs to move and the outcome the business expects. From there, the connection can be built directly, through supported APIs, or through suitable middleware where that makes more sense.

Products & Platforms

We integrate the business tools you already use.

Below is the core set of products and platforms we can build integrations around. Exact capabilities depend on the product's API, account type, permissions, region and current platform policies.

The list is deliberately practical. If a supported API exists for another product in the same ecosystem, it can be assessed as part of the integration requirement.

Integration Services

Two kinds of integration work — depending on what you need connected.

Some customers want Prastav connected to tools they already use. Others need development and implementation support to connect their own systems together. Both are part of our integration services.

01 Prastav Integrations

Connect Prastav with the tools and data already used in your business.

When Prastav is part of the workflow, custom connections can be built between the platform and the systems your team already relies on. The integration is designed around your process, your data and the supported capabilities of the products involved.

Calendars & follow-upsConnect Prastav activity with Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar where the workflow calls for it.
Documents & filesMove or store selected Prastav-generated documents in OneDrive or Google Drive.
Messaging & communicationConnect eligible WhatsApp Business, email or other supported communication flows to Prastav events.
Existing business systemsExchange selected customer, commercial or operational data with supported external systems where the integration interface permits it.
02 Custom Business Integrations

Need your existing tools connected? We can design and implement the integration for you.

Prastav does not need to be involved. We provide the development and programming work required to connect the customer's own applications, SaaS products, websites, databases and business tools. The implementation can use direct APIs, middleware or an integration platform depending on the requirement.

Tool-to-tool integrationConnect products already used by the business — for example a calendar, CRM, file system, accounting product or messaging platform.
Website or custom application integrationConnect a customer's website or internal software with the external services needed by the workflow.
Middleware / integration platform implementationWhere a direct connection is not the best approach, we can implement the integration using an appropriate middleware or integration platform such as MuleSoft.
Customer-defined integrationIf you know what should connect and how the process should work, we can execute the technical integration around that requirement.

Integration Patterns

What these integrations can actually do.

Most requirements fall into a few repeatable patterns. The value comes from joining the right systems at the right point in the business process.

Move selected data

Pass a customer, enquiry, status or other supported record from one system to another.

Store or retrieve files

Place generated documents in OneDrive or Google Drive, or retrieve permitted files when the application needs them.

Create calendar activity

Add meetings, visits, follow-ups or other events to Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar.

Send a supported notification

Trigger an eligible email or business message when the connected platform and permissions allow it.

Use place information

Add Google Places search, address selection or place details to a website or business application.

Bridge existing business software

Connect a custom application with Zoho, TallyPrime or another supported system without rebuilding the product itself.

Focused Integration

Small connections can remove a surprising amount of manual work.

A useful integration does not have to be large. Sometimes the biggest improvement comes from connecting one event, one document, one customer record or one recurring hand-off between the systems that matter.
